Here are a few tips to keep in mind as you complete this work:

1. Report your data on a "best estimate basis."

2. Round up as necessary to the closest "whole number."

3. Hours reported should include: travel time, meetings, events, correspondence, research, development, newsletters, club business, teaching, campaigning, conventions and just about anything else you do for the benefit of the party including election work and poll watching.  This includes time spent on a club, local, county, state, or national level.  However, salaried campaign and/or GOP professional staff do not qualify.

4. Primary and Associate member hours are counted.
