RIGHTS INFRINGEMENT

Implements a ban on "high capacity" magazines of 17 rounds or more (Amendment was added and passed in the House that redefined high capacity as 20 rounds for a handgun and 30 rounds for a long gun.  It is rumored that the Senate is going to strip that amendment from this bill, thus meaning the legislation likely does not have the votes to pass both chambers.  BUT DON'T TAKE THAT FOR GRANTED!
